New Eastern Brown Snake available for pre-order!

New Snake from Perth is the Most Sought-After Coin Around!

The new Deadly & Dangerous - Eastern Brown Snake Silver Dollar has just been announced by the Perth Mint; for all intents and purposes, it is already sold out on pre-release!

Highly poisonous and aggressive Eastern Brown SnakeWe were severely limited last year on the number of Saltwater Crocs we could acquire directly from the Mint, and that supply was quickly exhausted. Similarly, our allocation of Eastern Brown Snakes is very small. Due to the incredible scarcity of the previous issues in the Deadly and Dangerous Series, we expect this new release to be every bit as sought after! This is one coin that we cannot suggest strongly enough - don't delay, get it while you can!

Order Limit - Please Note!
Given the extreme popularity of the Deadly and Dangerous Series (which brings speculators out of the woodwork - not that there's anything wrong with that!), and in order to ensure a fairer distribution, we have a limit of one (01) Eastern Brown Snake per customer (name, address, email address, phone number, credit card number, etc.) at the introductory price of $99.95. Please don't try to circumvent this limit.

Additional Quantities - If you wish to order more, you may (within reason) - but you have to go to our additional quantities listing and order from this separate item listing at a different price. We can't promise how many (if any) you'll get - these additional orders are not guaranteed, and we're trying to be fair to everyone here! Thank you for your understanding.

Veritable Den of Snakes Also Available!
Highly poisonous and aggressive Eastern Brown SnakeNo boos here, only hisses! We've got a whole horde of snakes (a veritable nest of vipers) for you to choose from - in silver, gold and platinum! Don't be afraid to let the serpent tempt you!

----->  Supplemental Serpents - This Way!

Saltwater Crocodile - The Other Deadly & Dangerous Reptile!
If you didn't get a chance to pick up the previous release in the Deadly & Dangerous Series, the Saltwater Crocodile Silver Proof, (or if you believe, like we do, there's still plenty of upside for this largest of all reptiles), here's a golden opportunity. We were sold out of this guy for months till we located a small stash. Get it before it goes up!

And if giant killer reptiles (not named Godzilla) are your thing, we've got Crocs galore, in brass, silver, gold and platinum as well!

-----> Croc Portal - Enter Here!

Availability Note - The Eastern Brown Snake Pure Silver Proof was just announced by the Mint in May. We are taking orders now. We expect to have the coins here in several weeks. Please be patient and take this delay under advisement. When ordering the Eastern Brown Snake, consider placing other coins on a separate order (for any other coins for which you do not wish to wait). We will not charge your card until we actually ship your order(s).

2010 Tuvalu Deadly and Dangerous Eastern Brown Snake $1 Silver Proof with Color

Tuvalu 2010 Brown Snake $1 Silver Proof with Color
New Deadly & Dangerous Snake!
Sold OutOne of the world's deadliest and most aggressive snakes strikes out on this frosted cameo silver proof with color! Its seriously toxic venom (it's the second most venomous land snake in the world!), combined with a native habitat which includes the well-populated east coast of Australia, has resulted in numerous fatalities. It has been estimated that a single bite of this species (even a young Eastern Brown Snake) can potentially deliver enough venom to kill 20 adults. One reason the snake is so deadly is that its venom contains both neurotoxins and blood coagulants.

Highly poisonous and aggressive Eastern Brown SnakeAs if this weren't bad enough (!), Eastern Brown Snakes are also aggressive, another factor contributing to their lethality. Unlike most snakes, which tend to flee encounters with larger, non-prey species whenever possible, Eastern Brown Snakes are much more likely to stand their ground or even attack of their own accord, heightening the threat of fatality in any encounter. Without medical treatment, death is highly likely.

This spectacular, pure silver proof dollar features an aggressive Eastern Brown Snake, ready to strike! Behind the snake one can see the environment of its native outback habitat. Each is coin is highlighted in frosted cameo relief, with the with the snake itself and the leaves behind it accented in vibrant color!

This is the fifth release in the Deadly and Dangerous series from the Perth Mint. The first four releases have all increased significantly in value. Given the theme of these coins as well as the woefully inadequate mintage limit of only 5,000 per release, it's only natural that collectors have flocked to these beautiful coins year after year and driven the prices skyward!

Additional Quantities - The second listing above is for additional quantities of the Eastern Brown Snake. If you wish to order more, you may (within reason), but only from this listing, and these orders are not guaranteed. Please understand, we reserve the right to limit, allocate and/or cancel any orders as necessary based on demand, availability and other factors.

2009 Tuvalu Deadly and Dangerous Saltwater Crocodile $1 Silver Proof with Color

Tuvalu 2009 Crocodile $1 Silver Proof with Color
Deadly & Dangerous "Saltie"!
Sold OutThe fearsome saltwater croc, the largest living reptile, goes berserk on this frosted cameo silver proof with color! Saltwater crocodiles are known in northern Australia as "salties". They generally spend the tropical wet season in freshwater swamps and rivers, moving downstream to estuaries in the dry season, and sometimes traveling far out to sea.

Deadly Saltwater Crocodile This spectacular, pure silver proof silver dollar features a huge saltwater crocodile, lunging and snapping at the viewer! Behind this monster one can see the waterlilies of its native habitat, a commonly occurring plant in the floodplains of Kakadu National Park, one of a number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Australia. The coin is minted with frosted cameo relief, with the croc itself and the leaves or pads of the waterlilies accented in vibrant color!

This was the fourth release in the Deadly and Dangerous Series from the Perth Mint. It sold out immediately upon pre-release just as the Eastern Brown Snake has, and it has been very difficult to find since!
