A Classical Portrait of Beauty!
Since its introduction in 1997, the silver Britannia £2 coin has become a highlight of the numismatic year. The largest and purest coin with a standard, circulating legal tender denomination of the United Kingdom, it is minted in .958 Britannia silver, a most unusual alloy comprising 95.8% (23-karat) silver mixed with copper. Each Britannia is guaranteed to contain one full ounce of fine silver, as indicated on the obverse. Britannia
is perhaps the most recognizable of all the allegories or
personifications of nations. She is nearly always depicted wearing a
helmet and classical attire. She often sports armor and bears a shield,
and is very often armed, her weapons of choice being a trident or a
spear. It is not unusual for a vignette of a ship to be seen in the
same scene as Britannia.We just received our initial order of these 2010 Britannias, and are happy to offer them to you at a special sale price! Fill in the Missing Dates!
We
have a limited supply of previous years of Britannia coins as well!
If your collection is missing any of these back-dated ladies, we recommend you
get them quickly - these never last long!2009 Britannia

The silver Pandas are among the most-requested new releases of the season. We just received a shipment of the new 2010 Pandas featuring two super-cute pandas romping and frolicking! Like the Australian Koala, this series' obverse design changes each year. This year's motif is sure to be a collector favorite! The reverse features the Temple of Heaven. You can read more about the Giant Panda and the Temple of Heaven on our web site! |

Australia 2010 Kookaburra $1 Pure Silver 1 Ounce Reverse Proof
|
||
|
The
kookaburra is one of the iconic symbols of Australia, made all the more
desirable by the Perth Mint's execution of this handsome bird in pure
silver, artistically rendered in an unique, reverse proof finish!
As with the Koalas (below), the design on the Kookaburra changes every year, making these coins extremely collectible. This year the kooka sits high a tree branch, surveying its domain. Be forewarned, however - the 1 ounce silver Kookaburra does have a mintage limit, and like previous years we expect it to sell out quickly! The actual reverse-proof finish coins look much better than the Mint images we have here suggest. Get these new kookas fresh from the Mint today! Also available in full mint rolls of 20 for even bigger savings! |

Australia 2010-P Koala Bear Smiling $1 Pure Silver Proof-Like BU
|
||
|
This beautiful coin is part of the highly collectible series Pure Silver Koalas. The obverse design of this series, with the koala bear, changes each year, further enhancing its collectibility. Each is minted in pure silver, with an artistically rendered frosted cameo, with a proof-like finish. The coin features a cute koala, perched on a gum tree branch, who looks at us as he munches on a eucalyptus leaf. This coin is also available in full mint rolls of 20 for even bigger savings! ![]() |
